Bio: I got involved in free software to mainly fulfill my own and my users software needs. Been a programmer since childhood and Linux user since 1993. The jump to active involvment in development of free software came in 1996 while administering the Internet proxy cache server at the university and seeing that none of the available free softwares worked well enough or were sufficiently maintained. Joined forces with Duane Wessels starting the Squid project and been working on and with Squid since then both as a hobby and professionally.
